The GovGuideNigeria AI Platform has officially launched. It forms part of the Federal Government’s effort to make government information easier to access.
According to Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy Minister Bosun Tijani, the platform is available through WhatsApp and the web. It allows Nigerians to access information from government ministries and agencies in multiple local languages.
As a result, citizens can find official information faster and more conveniently.
The Federal Government introduced the GovGuideNigeria AI Platform to improve access to public information.
Notably, the platform supports English, Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba. This feature makes it more inclusive for millions of Nigerians.
In addition, users can access the service through WhatsApp or a web interface. Therefore, they can obtain government information without navigating complex websites.
Currently, the platform provides information from more than 35 federal ministries and over 60 government agencies.
How GovGuideNigeria Works
