Palton Morgan Holdings says it is raising its standards for real estate development in Nigeria by placing sustainability, quality and client needs at the centre of its projects.
The company’s Founder and Group Managing Director, Adeyinka Adesope, made the disclosure after Palton Morgan received the Real Estate Excellence Award 2026 at the Nigerian Professional Excellence Summit & Awards 2026.
Adesope said the recognition came with greater responsibility for the company to maintain high standards across its developments, stressing that its ambition extends beyond the Nigerian market.
“Nigeria remains our primary market, but Africa and the wider world are the benchmarks we measure ourselves against. We build with sustainability in mind and with a deep understanding of the clients we serve,” Adesope said.
He said the company had maintained a focus on design, construction quality and delivery as it expands its presence from its Victoria Island, Lagos headquarters to other locations.
According to him, the award represents recognition of organisations and professionals making measurable contributions through excellence and leadership across Nigeria’s economy.
For Palton Morgan, he said, the recognition further reinforces its position in the premium real estate segment while highlighting its contribution to improving quality of life through sustainable and well-designed developments.
Adesope said the company would not treat the award as an endpoint but as an additional obligation to maintain the standards that have defined its projects.
“This recognition places a further responsibility on us to hold ourselves to uncommon standards of excellence. From the outset, we set out to put our best into every project we conceive and deliver, so that the quality of our work speaks for itself and opens the door to recognitions such as this,” Adesope said.
The recognition was also welcomed by the Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of African Consulting Group, Peter SaSellu, who said Palton Morgan had distinguished itself through quality and innovation in the premium real estate market.
